I'm having a really bad hair day, but Whisper had fun placing in the Bred By Herding group.

The judge is Helene Nathanson, who owned CH Rhydowen Lil Beau Pup many years ago. She's since moved on to Swissies, but she still has a soft spot for Cardigans. I was pleased she found Whisper.

Here is Whisper (formally known as Miss Piggy). She is really living up (or down...) to her former name, being the most voracious eater, and certainly the noisiest one! She's so funny, trying to nurse on my fingers, my shirt, even my chin and nose if given a chance!

The puppies are 17 days old now. Their eyes are open and they are responding to their world and each other. They have taken their first wobbly steps. All weigh 2 pounds or nearly so. Oh my golly are they cute! It is stil pretty impossible to get good pictures of them. It is a lot of fun to try though. Here are some I took earlier this evening. Enjoy!
